La Finca Golf - Algorfa
 This ground floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is brand new on the prestigious La Finca Golf Complex. Although the apartment is brand new the course itself is of championship standard and well established.
This part of the Costa Blanca assures you more than 300 days sunshine per year and an average temperature of 20 to 24°C so perfect for golf or other outdoor activities.
 Although the apartment is on the superb La Finca Golf complex it is ideal as a base to explore the many attractions on the Costa Blanca or just relax on the beautiful white sandy beach at Guardamar.
Opened in 2002 La Finca is one of the top courses in the area and is widely tipped to hold a major championship in the not to distant future. La Finca is a par 72 course with driving range and practice putting green as well as a superb club house and bar with veranda over looking the course.
There are also several good quality courses in the area as an alternative to La Finca: La Marquesa Golf Club situated at Quesada is only 10 minutes drive or a little further are Las Ramblas; Villa Martin; Campoamor; Alicante and more.
For non golfers there are numerous other sporting activities available, wind surfing snorkelling and aqua parks for children plus white sandy beaches for lazy days.
